After much consideration and reflection, we have decided to close the Miranda Store. The last day of trading will be Sunday, 19th May 2024.
While we may close our physical doors, our online presence is here to stay. You can continue to shop for the same high-quality, stylish kids clothing and accessories online.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of you for your support and loyalty throughout the years. Your enthusiasm for Alfaberry has been truly inspiring and we look forward to continuing this journey with you and dress your little ones in style & comfort for years to come!

Why are you closing the Miranda Store?
We are closing to take a 'breather' from the intensity and pressure of running a physical store within Westfield. COVID seems a long time ago for many, but it had made business very tough for us. So now that our lease has come to a natural end, it's an opportunity to re-set and give ourselves the chance to focus on the brand and new collections. We are running a massive sale in store and online, and hope to launch the new collection online.
What happens to my Store Credits or Gift Cards?
You can use your store credit anytime in store, and it will be a great time to grab some bargains. Otherwise, the store credits and gift cards can be redeemed online as well.
Will there be any discounts or promotions leading to the closing date?
Yes! We are running a closing down sale store-wide. Where the stock is available online, the same promotion will also be available online. However, we are clearing a number of styles that are not available online - so if you are in Sydney, do pop in and grab a bargain. We bring out different clearance stock and some old favourites a couple times a week. So pop in regularly and and see if you can grab some bargains. Please check online and in-store for up to date and ever-changing clearance sales.
How will you handle returns and exchanges?
During the closing down sale, there is no return on Change of Mind purchases. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any time you have an issue with our products, whether in-store or online, you can contact us via hello@alfaberry.com.au
Will there still be opportunities for in-person events or pop-ups?
For sure! We run pop up events from time to time and hope to do so in the future. So keep your eyes peeled for those events.
Will you be opening another store?
We have no immediate plans to re-open another store. However, we have always enjoyed the intimacy of getting to know our customers in person, so it is not something that we have entirely dismissed for the future.
How can I help and support your local business?
Thank you for wanting to support a local business. There are many ways to support local businesses. Here are some things that you can do:
1. Tell your family and friends about us! There is nothing better than a personal recommendation from friends. So even if your children have outgrown our range, tell your friends about us :) Where appropriate, consider buying alfaberry as gifts for the little people in your lives.
2. Write a review on any of our product purchases - shoppers trust other shoppers. This will help other shoppers make a purchase decision
3. Give honest and truthful feedback! We love praise and positive feedback so that we can keep doing what is good and right. Even more so, we need the honest and sometimes not so good feedback so that we can continue to be better and improve. Sometimes it's easier to have had a bad experience and never shop Alfaberry again, but it's harder and better for us if you tell us what is wrong and give us the chance to fix it.
4. Follow us on social - like and comment on our posts and forward them to your friends. Post images of your little ones in Alfaberry? Tag us and let us know.
5. Have images and photos of your little ones in Alfaberry? Send them to us and give us permission to share them on our social channels :)
