COVID 19 Impacts to Delivery
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are suspending delivery to our usual destinations. Currently delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
Please be mindful that deliveries are experiencing some delays. And express delivery is no longer guaranteed as next day by Australia Post due to limited flights. However, they are still treated with priority both in our warehouse and by our couriers.

Free Standard Delivery Across Australia
We offer free delivery all over Australia for orders over $75.00. From time to time we may offer free delivery for all orders all over Australia.
Orders are sent from our headquarters in Sydney using standard post and should take between 3-7 working days.
International orders can take between 10-21 working days depending on which country we have to deliver to.
Express Delivery
We offer express delivery, and from time to time, we offer free express delivery when you spend over a specific amount. Express delivery means despatch the next business day after order, and the express delivery will apply according to the time frames below.
Within the same state:
- Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or environs: allow 2 business days + 1day for despatch
- Between a metropolitan area of a capital city and a rural location: up to 4 business days +1 day for despatch
- Between rural locations: up to 5 business days + 1 day for despatch
Between Sydney/Brisbane, Sydney/Melbourne, Melbourne/Canberra or Melbourne/Adelaide: allow 2-3 business days + 1 day for despatch
Between Sydney/Adelaide, Melbourne/Brisbane, Melbourne/Tasmania or Adelaide/Canberra: allow 3-4 business days + 1 day for despatch
Between other capital cities: allow 5-6 business days + 1 day for despatch
Returns
We hope you and the little people in your lives love your alfaberry purchases. But we understand that every now and again, you may need to return an item.
It's a well known fact that little people can sometimes change their minds from one day to the next. We find that 6 year olds are particularly prone to declaring new favourite colours out of the blue. So we get it. That's why you'd be pleased to know that we offer a 30 days return policy as long as you haven't used your items, and we can still sell it to someone else who shares the same fabulous taste as you.
This means you still have the original tags and packaging, and that it hasn't been worn or put through the wash or accidentally have lashings of ice cream dribbled down the front.
Oh, and if it's the grown ups that have changed their mind, we get that too.
And of course if the item is faulty, then we would be happy for you to return it.
How To Return
To return any items, first of all, email us to let us know, and we can send through an approval email as well as a return address. We are NOT responsible for any returns you send back without an approval. Online orders can be exchanged to our Retail Store, however, any refunds cannot be processed in the store. They can however issue you with a store credit. If you wish for a refund, with prior arrangement, you may drop the items at our store and we can process the refund in our admin office.
And then make sure you have the copy of the receipt that was in the package. If you have lost that, don't worry, you can always print out a copy from your confirmation email.
Our signature green bags are designed to make returns easy. Cut along the dotted line when you open and you can re-use the second seal for any returns. Simply update the address we provide you and post it back to us.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Special Offers and Sale Events
From time to time we may run special offers or clearance sales. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for those sales. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Sale events (unless specified in the sale terms and conditions) enjoy 30 days change of mind for store credit. The store credit can be used to purchase something else from our store. Items purchased in a sale event cannot be returned for a refund.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offers
Buy 1, get 1 free offer will give you give you 100% discount on the lower price of the products in the basket. For example, if you have 2 items in the basket, your free item will be the cheaper item. If you have 4 items in your basket, we will work out the free items at the checkout.
Your buy 1, get 1 free purchase will enjoy 30 days exchange to offer to our normal purchases. You can exchange the item for another up to the value of the item being returned. The new item that you select will exclude any new releases/products that were excluded from the Buy 1, Get 1 Free Sale.
When we run a Buy 1, Get 1 Free Sale, all purchases under that offer are not eligible for refunds.
